Diabetes control

 


Coincidentally, I was diagnosed with diabetes in March 2008. Since then I have taken the following steps to overcome it that anyone can do to live a healthy life. 1. Leave sugar in the tea. 2. Leave the bakery items. 3. Start walking 30 minutes daily. 4. Start using skimmed milk. 5. Start practicing some yoga asanas like Mandok Asanas, Half Spinal Twist Asanas etc. 6. Don't take too much stress. 7. Eating in moderation etc.

It is worth mentioning here that when I followed the Sunnah of my beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) ie walking, my health improved a lot and my diabetes control also improved. I regularly prayed five times a day with long bowing and prostration. After adopting the above mentioned strategy and discipline, by the grace of Allah Almighty, I have succeeded in overcoming diabetes and now I am living a happy life. According to the Holy Hadith, a strong believer is preferred by Allah Almighty over a weak believer. Therefore, we should try to earn halal food, help others and pray and stay healthy in order to fast. He used to pray with long bowing and prostration.

By adopting the above mentioned strategy and discipline, by the grace of Allah Almighty, I have succeeded in overcoming diabetes and now I am living a happy life. According to the Holy Hadith, a strong believer is preferred by Allah Almighty over a weak believer. So we should try to be healthy to earn halal food, help others and pray and fast.
